Kiki at the front desk was great and really helpful with all our questions. The room was very nice, the pool was amazing, and breakfast had lots of hot options. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area!

The hotel was clean and nice, and breakfast was good. But the staff were so rude. I’m the paying guest. If I ask for a towel or want to buy something from the little store, they should get off their phones and help me. They were on their phones all the time, talking loudly and not putting them down to help. I’ve stayed at lots of hotels in Ohio and other states, and the front desk is usually friendly. And correcting someone else’s kid isn’t their job. That’s mine. This place would be better with friendlier staff.

The room was in awful shape, with curling carpet, chipped tiles that were coming loose, and a bathroom vent barely attached. It felt neglected and unsafe. Breakfast was stale and unappetizing, like food reheated from earlier days, and honestly seemed questionable from a health standpoint. When we arrived late, the front desk agent was asleep and we had to wake them. After that, the staff stayed rude, and the manager was dismissive and showed no interest in dealing with our concerns. This was one of the worst places I’ve stayed. It felt completely mismanaged and lacking in hospitality. Stay somewhere else.

I tried changing my reservation from two nights to one, but they wanted to charge $300 for Saturday night, almost twice the original cost. My receipt says “flexible” and “modify or cancel for free anytime.” I won’t stay here or at any of this brand’s hotels again, and I’ll keep telling others to avoid them too. The attached picture shows it. Bad business.
