The rooms are decent, but definitely not soundproof, lol. It may be the craziest of all crazies who want to stay here 😂. The front staff were really nice and helpful with everything. If you're after a quiet hotel, you might want to look somewhere else.

There was mold in the shower, barely any water pressure, and holes in the towel and the window curtain. It's really disappointing, and I deserve better for my money. This is my third stay here during my frequent visits to Jacksonville. I usually haven't had problems, but this visit has me looking for another hotel. When I checked in this evening, nobody was at the front desk, so I had to wait for someone to show up. After a long day of travel, that was the last thing I needed.

The amenities are extremely basic, but the beds are decent and the location is central. For somewhere to rest, it's perfect. This is about as three-star as a hotel gets, but it's not that bad.

We were worn out after hours of driving and had no reservation, so finding out by phone that rooms were available was a treat. Rena was at the front desk and treated us like royalty, with real professionalism and patience. The room was comfortable, nice, quiet, and a good price. The employees were friendly and professional too. Breakfast was good, just don't expect anything fancy. We'll definitely stay here again.
