Courtyard Jacksonville

Every year, family from up the coast stays at this Jacksonville Courtyard Marriott and enjoys the pool, pretty cabana, Starbucks, good food, and great cocktails. We get fresh, clean rooms, lovely views and sunsets, and great service every time. It's close to Publix and restaurants within walking distance, right in the heart of Jacksonville. I've stayed at the J.W Marriott, villas, timeshares, and places with fancy pools, but this is THE best Marriott I've ever been to. The people are the reason. Everyone was kind and helpful, all the things you'd hope for in hospitality. When we say it takes a Village, this village really showed up with generosity, genuine kind words, and help with random things I needed. They were a light in the DARKEST time of our lives. It may seem deep for a hotel, but life is crazy like that. Thank you, Jacksonville Courtyard. Sincerely, Crying girl 🤪

The care from the team meant a lot to us during a heavy time for our family. We were in town for my uncle's funeral and came as a group of about 20, with emotions running high. The Courtyard Marriott Jacksonville NC gave us comfort and connection, not just somewhere to sleep. We're truly grateful and highly recommend it for the people as well as the cleanliness and amenities. The lobby was clean, spacious, and welcoming, so it became a place for us to gather, spend time together, play games, and even do some karaoke. That proved healing during a difficult visit. Rocio helped us check in after our long drive, got us in early, and worked hard to put most of our group on the same floor. Rachel, the Front Desk Supervisor, was compassionate and attentive. One evening we watched movies around the courtyard fire pit, and she brought blankets so we could stay warm. Matthew was friendly, patient, and accommodating throughout, checking in to make sure we had what we needed. Whitney at the Bistro made great drinks and was lovely to talk to. She brought a relaxed, welcoming feel, with some normal moments and laughter when we needed them.

The rooms were clean and really nice, and Jill at the bar was so friendly. I had a wonderful stay last night (12/10). This is easily the nicest place I've stayed in Jacksonville, and I'll definitely come back. Highly recommend it.

Jill Sheppard is what brought me back to the Bistro during my stay. She was a real pro at hospitality and service, and the rest of the hotel staff were great too. She's a real asset and gives guests a reason to return.
