Stephanie helped us twice, first by getting us into a room before check-in after our early flight into jacksonvile, then by finding us a driver's phone number for the trip to the sea port the next day. We'd been up since 2 a.m., so that early room was a big help. Dinner was good too. The woman at the bar brought hot water for my tea and kept the surf sides coming for my husband. I had some of the best tomato soup I've ever tasted, and he really liked his burger. We also paid $20 per person for the breakfast buffett. What we ate was good, though the lobby and resurant were really cold that day and the food could've been warmer. Still a five-star stay for me at the jacksonvile airport crown plaza, and we'd stayed at this crowne plaza before our cruise.

The breakfast turned out to be a sit-down meal ordered from a menu, not the buffet we expected. We hadn't left much time, but getting there early helped, the service was fairly quick, and the food was great, much better than typical fare. I had added breakfast when booking the room. We stayed the night to avoid a 3:30 a.m. start for an early flight, and I'm glad we did. The premium king was roomy, clean, and comfortable, with a smooth check-in and pleasant, helpful front desk staff. We've parked here through another site before, and this time got eight days of parking for less than some parking lots charge. As long as prices stay similar, it's an easy choice for us.

Coming back to a clean room after a long day meant a lot. Even my toiletries had been arranged neatly on a towel, which made me want to do better for myself too, lol. I was at the crown plaza in Florida for a ladies conference over the weekend, and the employees showed real care while we were away from home. They went above and beyond, the shuttle was accommodating, and everyone was so kind. Every meal was delicious and served pleasantly and on time. Thanks for a lovely stay. I hope to come back soon, and I hope this helps with your decision.

The woman in the dining room was wonderful with our grandson, and we really appreciated her kindness. Breakfast was free and good. The rooms were nice, though they didn't have much beyond a refrigerator, and for the price I would've liked a few more things. I also couldn't swim since the only pool was outdoors. My other gripe is the $10 nightly parking charge. With stores all around offering free parking, it seems unnecessary and a bit cheap.

The staff are really friendly, and the hotel itself is very nice with a decent pool. I haven't tried the restaurant or bar, though they look good. The Wi-Fi is slow, and my phone kept dropping off it and using mobile data. I was also surprised by the $10 a day parking charge. I wish I'd known before checking in, though maybe that was a Priceline error.
