The staff were so kind, and it's a convenient spot for travelers, with gas stations and Cracker Barrel nearby for breakfast. The room was the problem. As soon as we walked in, we could smell mold, and the bathtub had mold all over it. My husband and I both woke with sore throats, stuffy noses, and headaches that eased after we left. I have an autoimmune disease and am more sensitive to mold, so others might not be bothered by it.

The rooms were nice, the staff were amazing, and breakfast was free with plenty of choices. The shower pressure was weak, which made rinsing off the soap annoying. The indoor pool wasn't heated, and the hot tub wasn't very hot either. Still a great experience apart from those things.

The staff were professional, very helpful, and knew the area well. The reception space was clean and welcoming, and the building looks modern from outside. The kitchen staff were friendly and worked hard to keep guests fed, but breakfast itself was poor. The pool wasn't heated, and its area needs updating along with a new ventilation system. The carpets need replacing because of the odors.

We were there over Christmas, and the staff were amazing, so kind and helpful. They were sweet to our dog too, even though he's a big boy and most people tend to ignore him. The larger room we had could have used a king bed instead of a queen.
