When I arrived at 7 PM, the front desk told me there was no hot water and wouldn't be any during my stay. I asked why nobody had contacted me, and the desk attendant said, “my bad.“ They offered three choices: cancel without a penalty, take 25% off the stay, or get Hilton Honors points. If you're thinking of staying here, expect more of an out-of-the-way motel than a Hilton.

Arielle at the front desk pointed me toward a road up to the local mountaintop, and the 12-minute drive was worth it for the beautiful view. She was really informative about town and the area around it. The room was clean and nice, breakfast had plenty of tasty food, and the service was exceptional. Beautiful area.

Nothing fancy, but it had what I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and breakfast had a good selection that tasted good too. I’d happily stay here again.

Imani made me feel at home right away when I came in tired from the trail. She was courteous, capable, professional, and knew her job well. I appreciated her humble, dignified manner. Deb in the morning kitchen was just as lovely. She presented the food beautifully and was so kind and caring. When I told her I’d ridden my EUC several hundred miles, she said she hoped I’d stay safe. That really touched me. The world needs more people like her. Thank you, Deb, and God bless you 🙏. I was staying here during a multi-day electric unicycle ride, and these two employees stood out enough that I hope management recognizes them. Their service is a big reason I’d want to return.
