Everything went smoothly from arrival, and the hotel was conveniently about a mile down the road from our party venue. The building has a modern, chic look, with updated decor that felt both stylish and comfortable. Every part of the property, from the lobby to our room, was spotless and well cared for. The staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. You could tell they wanted guests to feel at home. A comfortable, classy, convenient place to stay, and easy to recommend.

The room had everything we needed, including a kitchen, and there was plenty of space. The walk-in shower was great. My wife had just received a lung transplant at Mayo Clinic, so we needed somewhere to stay for at least two months. We called ahead and spoke with Adrianna at the Homes 2 Suites Jax location. She was a very nice manager and gave us a Mayo clinic discount.

For Mayo patients, this place is affordable, comfortable, and about ten minutes from the clinic. All rooms are suites with a fridge and microwave. Tell them you're a Mayo patient when you call to book. It's pet friendly too, with a large grassy area for walking dogs, and the staff are great. Update, 10/1: this was my fourth stay this year, and it's been perfect every time.

The shared spaces were reasonably clean and well looked after, but my room's bed was broken. I sat on its edge and two legs gave way, dropping me to the floor. Looking it over, I could see the frame and mattress didn't match. Parking was awkward, with tight spaces on one side near the building. There were more distant spots available.
