The staff's care and hospitality are what made my stay feel like home, especially through Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Being away for the holidays isn't easy, but everyone was welcoming, kind, and friendly. I'd absolutely return and recommend it, especially for a long stay or the holidays. My King Bed Studio Suite was clean and comfortable, and just the right size for two adults and a midsize dog. The kitchen had a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils. They could also provide a crockpot, air fryer, or induction cooktop on request at no extra charge. The indoor pool was open, clean, and regularly in use during its posted hours. The pet policy was more practical than at other area hotels, with reasonable size rules and a one-time fee for the whole stay. The hotel is very pet-friendly and close to stores and restaurants, so it was easy to take care of everyday needs. The laundry room had two standard washers and dryers. At the time of my stay, November 2025 through January 2026, washing and drying cost $4 per load, and the front desk had quarters.

The ladies at the desk were warm and attentive, and got us to our room quickly. It was clean, quiet, and had a comfortable bed, so we slept well. The restaurants and entertainment nearby make the location convenient, and the price was reasonable compared with other hotels in the area. Another great Hilton stay, from check-in onward. Home2 Suites in Jacksonville, NC was awesome.

I keep coming back whenever I visit, mainly because of the staff. Ann at the front desk deserves every kind word, and you can expect some of the best hospitality here. The weekend breakfast lady is wonderful too, making sure everyone has plenty to eat and offering great choices. A few other front desk reps I've met were also kind and gave me great suggestions for things to do with my grandchildren. Housekeeping has been lovely, especially the lead housekeeper, who went out of her way knowing I had two little ones. Thank you. I'll keep visiting.

I spoke with Tydrea Russell, and she was a great example of customer service. You can tell on a call when someone enjoys their job, wants to help, and knows how to deal with people. She was exactly that.
