Hailey was wonderful. Whatever her exact title, she was the receptionist, check-in clerk, or host, she went above and beyond to help with everything. She was so courteous and helpful, and the company is lucky to have her. I can't say enough about how impressed I was. Thank you for employing such a competent person!

That indoor pool and modern gym were a real plus for me, and I especially appreciated the extra bathroom on the first floor. The hall carpet was clean and smelled fresh. My room was comfortable, clean, and up to date, and everyone on staff was kind, friendly, and professional. This is easily the best hotel between Tyler and Palestine, and I’d happily make it my home away from home.

We felt so welcome here that we turned our one-night booking into a longer stay. We usually get looks and questions when we check in while traveling as a disabled nurse with my retired veteran husband, our young son, and our service dog. The staff here were so kind. The price was worth every penny, and our room was a little vision of perfection in a modest small town. I can't believe we'd traveled through Jacksonville, TX so many times without staying here. Stephanie, this kind of place doesn't become fabulous by accident. The care for guests and the way employees take pride in their work show throughout a stay. That takes a good, respected manager. You all keep going above and beyond and clearly care about what guests need. Just wow!
