The lobby was clean and welcoming, and our room was spotless with fairly comfortable beds. The pillows were awful, though, and the fridge barely got cold. The TV wouldn't connect to the internet, so Netflix was out and we were left with basic cable. The bathroom was clean but cramped. We liked being right off Broadway, close to Walmart, Target, and plenty of places to eat. Staff were really friendly. Breakfast was basic: pancakes you microwave, sausage, eggs that didn't seem real, fruit, cereal, and yogurt. The next day they had biscuits and gravy, which were pretty good. The pool area was freezing and smelled a bit moldy, and there wasn't much to buy for snacks or drinks at the hotel. For the price, it was about what I expected. I'd stay again for a short trip.

The breakfast had a nice range of choices and was laid out well, and I found the pool clean and relaxing. Staff were helpful and welcoming throughout the stay. Manager Mary stood out for being especially warm and professional. I had a really good visit and would come back.

After the long drive, we were glad to find such friendly staff and a quick check-in. We really appreciate the stay and will come back when work brings us through again. God bless.

The room itself was nice, but the bathroom was dirty and the breakfast was basically nonexistent. The pool was awful too. Never again. Housekeeping knocked loudly at 9:20 and startled my kids and me, saying the room had checked out, which it hadn't. She said, "i didn't come to work to get chewed out." I hadn't chewed her out, though I sure could have. I asked the front desk when checkout was, and they said, "oh you must be room 216." No, I WAS.
