Quality Inn Conference Center

I’ve been a Choice member for a long time, and this was a one-time experience in all my ten years as a member. My daughter has anxiety about using public restrooms, so sometimes I’ve rented a room to help her feel comfortable using the bathroom. The front desk offered as many accommodations as he could without me even asking. I didn’t stay overnight, but the staff cared for me as if I were a familiar, longtime guest, even though they’d just met me. They were amazing, and I highly recommend their customer service.

The room was decent, and the beds were fairly comfortable, but there were burn holes in the covers and in the bathtub. Security quieted some loud neighbors outside after I called the front desk twice. There were some decent breakfast options, and the front desk was very helpful about finding my room.

We nearly passed this place up because of the bad reviews, but I’m glad we gave it a try. The new owner was friendly and seems to have good plans for the hotel, and the remodeling is coming along. The front desk was helpful, maintenance responded right away, and housekeeping were sweet and friendly. Gladys, who sets out breakfast, was a joy. We’ll likely come back. Sometimes reviews say as much about the people writing them as they do about the place. I’d suggest giving the hotel a look.

The staff and manager gave us excellent attention. My sister and I had one room, while my brother and his wife stayed in another. Remodeling meant they couldn’t put us side by side, but they found rooms just steps apart, back to back around the corner. My brother is in poor health, and the manager came out to help with their luggage. The woman at the complimentary breakfast area was helpful, too. My brother’s room had been remodeled. Ours was different, but still attractive, clean, and comfortable. The firm mattress and pillows felt just right to me. We stayed only one night, though I wish we could have stayed a few days to use the indoor pool and gym.
