The price was phenomenal, and the location is convenient for getting to different parts of Jacksonville. The neighborhood itself isn't the greatest. We realized that when we saw anti-trafficking stickers on our room door, and later a couple above us got into a huge fight that sounded like it might turn physical. A police officer had to be called. That said, management seems attentive to who comes and goes. They'll walk around the parking lot if needed to help make sure everyone is safe, and they're approachable around the clock if guests have a concern. The cleaning staff were also very kind and did a great job. You definitely get what you pay for.

The staff were extremely nice and friendly, and I felt safe here. My room was clean, with just one or two bugs in the tub. I enjoyed the breakfast even though it was small. I'd recommend it if you're in the area.

This was our fifth year in a row staying here for a local craft show, where we're artists, and it was a great stay again. Check-in was quick, Room 103 was very clean, and housekeeping came daily. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows, the TV had plenty of channels, and parking was ample. The vending machines worked, too. Staff were friendly and helpful, and it's a short drive to the show venue and local restaurants.

The staff were rude and impatient, and they were very inconsiderate of my client, who uses a wheelchair. I'm a driver and brought him here. A woman ran out to my car profiling him, and he still had to come inside to sign. The rooms weren't very clean and smelled like black mold. Don't waste your money.
