I had a comfortable bed, a shower with good hot water and pressure, and a great choice of TV channels. The enormous mini fridge worked almost too well: set to max, it froze my things within six hours. The front desk staff were nice, and I had no complaints. Good hotel for the price.

I called for information and assistance, but the staff repeatedly interrupted me and talked over me, then disconnected before resolving anything. When I asked for the property owner’s name, they wouldn’t provide it. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy from the staff and management I spoke with was extremely disappointing and concerning. I called Corporate Human Resources to have the matter investigated, and hope corporate management addresses these communication problems so future guests and callers are treated respectfully. I’m sharing this for incoming guests looking for somewhere to sleep: I strongly suggest choosing a place with better hospitality to avoid complications. The people I spoke with were Carla and Sam.

Ms. Connie at the front desk and Ms. Jing at the breakfast bar were amazing. The place looked clean, and the staff were very helpful. My bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious.

Jing is the best, she’s so sweet. I love the people and the service, and the beds are really comfortable.
