Hampton Inn & Suites Jamestown

The staff were excellent, and the beds were very comfortable with soft, fluffy towels. We booked two king rooms with sofa beds for two couples going skiing at Holiday Valley, and the location worked well for us. The hotel was clean and had no smoke smell. Breakfast was hot and fresh, with lots of choices, and the comfortable lobby had tea, coffee, and hot chocolate available around the clock. There’s a fairly small saltwater indoor pool. The rooms and furnishings showed a little wear. Hilton Honors members also got special treats at the front desk.

I haven’t run into any problems during my stays, and I’ll keep booking here. The rooms are well maintained, and if something does go wrong, the staff work to fix it quickly or find a way to accommodate you. The front desk is consistently attentive, friendly, and professional. It’s a hotel with five star service and staff.

Alyssa at the front desk made a big difference for me on the morning of 8/5. I was in town to see a client when a last minute emergency meant I needed 20 pages of important documents printed. She worked through computer issues to get them for me while helping other guests, and she was friendly and understanding the whole time. It was a massive help, and I wanted to be sure she got credit for it. My stay was great, and the hotel’s quality and service mean I’ll stay here again next time I’m in the area.

Theresa, the GM, helped me sort out a booking problem on Hilton’s website and made sure I got the quiet room I’d requested. My April 2025 stay was excellent, and I’ll absolutely return when I’m next in Jamestown. The spacious king room was comfortable, the shower had good pressure, and the TV was nice. Breakfast offered plenty of hot and cold choices, with lots of space in the dining area. I didn’t use the pool, though it looked nice. Well done, Hampton Inn!
