Breakfast was fresh and hot, with a good selection, and the location was convenient, quiet, and felt safe. My room was spotless, comfortable, and stocked well; the bed slept great, the linens were fresh, and everything looked and smelled clean. The common areas were also well maintained. The welcome from staff was kind and professional from the moment I arrived, and check-in was quick and easy. Every employee I met was helpful and friendly, and seemed to care about guests. I had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Jasper, AL. I'd absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. 10/10.

Melinda, Jamichael, and Skylar were so accommodating when my truck broke down and things weren't ideal. They let me check out late and spend the afternoon in the lobby. The room was very clean and comfortable. I'd definitely stay again!

We never got a hot shower, morning or evening. Our first room had no hot water even after it ran for a long time, and the next room they moved us to had the same problem. They said too many guests were showering at once. It's a hotel! We left without hot water, and they didn't comp the room. All they offered was a lame excuse and 25% off the $170 suite, which wasn't acceptable. We'll never stay here again.

The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows, and the hotel had nice decor throughout. Staff were friendly, and breakfast came with both hot and cold choices, including a pancake maker. We had a great long weekend.

I love this hotel. The staff are incredible, and it was the best experience ever. I'll definitely come back and tell friends to stay here in Jasper!
