I was here seven weeks for work, and the problems kept piling up. Sam was always late setting up breakfast, housekeeping was awful, and they never took out the trash, not once. I worked nights, but the cleaners would pound on the door like a SWAT team even with the do not disturb sign up, and tried to walk in without knocking several times. Sam kept trying to change the rate, asked for cash in exchange for a discount without giving a receipt, and asked for tips repeatedly. He also constantly looked stoned. The worst part was paying $525 for a week and then learning I had to leave that same day for another job. I got no refund, so that was $525 for one night. I’ll be notifying Wyndham and the city because I believe they’re avoiding taxes by taking cash and not reporting it. Don’t stay here.

On a four-night business trip, I found this place terrible. Breakfast wasn’t replenished, the front desk was slow, and nobody cleaned the pool or provided pool towels. Room cleaning basically doesn’t happen either. Towels aren’t changed, and you have to replace them yourself if the hotel even has any. I won’t come back.

The hallway, lobby, and rooms smelled strongly of old, moldy, stale food. It was sickening and unbearable, and the dust on the baseboards and outlet covers was thick. The hall and stair carpets were never vacuumed, with crumbs and old dirt everywhere. In our room the TV never worked, the tub caulking had mold, the sink faucet was loose and leaking, and the towels felt like rags. During our miserable three-night stay in September 2025, housekeeping didn’t make the beds or change towels, and coffee packets weren’t refilled. In hindsight, we should have found another hotel. We complained at the front desk during the stay and again at checkout, but the staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. The franchise owner was nowhere to be found and never contacted us about our dissatisfaction. We eventually told Wyndham Corporation that the location seemed disgraceful and wouldn’t pass an inspection. Wyndham listened and tried to offer some compensation, which we appreciated. The franchise owner still hasn’t contacted us.

The reception staff were professional, courteous, and especially friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and safe, with new AC, and I loved the swimming pool. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m in town.
