We booked four rooms for family, and none was well maintained. Paint was coming off the walls, lamps fell when touched, one air conditioner didn't work well, a toilet seat wasn't attached on one side, there were no tub stoppers for the kids' baths, and a shower wouldn't fully switch to shower mode, leaving very poor pressure. The pack&play we requested was absolutely filthy and covered in dust. Breakfast was poor: waffles, white bread, oatmeal, apples, and yogurt, with no hot food like at other hotels we use. Drinks were limited to milk, hot water, and coffee. The rooms were very outdated, and the area didn't feel good either. The gutted-looking hotel next door seemed sketchy. We're Choice members and have stayed at many of their hotels. This was the worst so far. If it had been my first Quality Inn, I'd never go back to one. I gave it two stars only because I didn't see bugs, which is surprising, honestly.

The “hot breakfast” was pretty basic, just waffles, toast, and yogurt. When I asked the front desk for extra towels, he seemed surprised and said he didn't have any ready, so he'd have to look for some. The hotel is very outdated, with wallpaper peeling off, stained bedding, and dirty floors throughout.

The location is great, and the staff were polite and helpful. The fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and newer TV all worked. But the room was in rough shape: mold on the walls, a musty smell, stained carpet and lampshades, yellow pillowcases, and questionable marks on the blankets. The desk chair needed replacing, one bedside lamp was out and another had rust, and even the notepad and pen by the phone were unusable. The website photos look like they were taken years ago, when the place was in better condition. I wouldn't come back without a serious renovation.

We got a decent night's sleep, and the bed seemed to be the cleanest part of the room. We were in town for a family emergency and needed a last-minute overnight stay, so we booked the first place we found for $116. Check-in was easy and the front desk gentleman was kind, but the rest of the experience was rough. The whole hotel smelled faintly of cigarettes despite the no-smoking signs. The elevator to our third-floor room kept stopping without opening the doors, so we had to press the open button each time. Dim, narrow hallways added to the cheap motel feel. Inside, the room was hot and smelled like a musty old smoking room. The wallpaper was peeling all over, the blinds were broken, and the bathroom had toenail clippings under the vanity and dark drips on the hairdryer plug. We skipped showers because the bath stall looked questionable. The door lock was broken, the bed was hard, and the four pillows felt like cotton balls, so we used the pillows we'd brought. We slept well enough. Breakfast was just as disappointing. The area was messy, and the pastry container held slices of white bread. There were bruised apples, yogurt, and waffle batter, but the waffle utensils looked filthy and sat in a broken vase, so we had to improvise. Drinks were coffee and an orange beverage. Other guests came down and left without eating. We won't stay here again. The franchise owners need to invest in the property and staff before this feels like an acceptable place to stay.
