Hampton Inn & Suites Jennings

We extended our stay, and Jared at the front desk made the arrangements really easy. He took care of us and all our needs, and mentioned a Hilton Amex card, which got me looking into it. We’ll stay here next time too. There’s plenty of well-lit parking, the rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable, breakfast is solid, and the staff are friendly and helpful. A good stop on a road trip or when visiting family. Also, try the gas station right next door for Cajun food. The boudin balls are 🔥🔥🔥! Thanks, guys!

One small frustration from our several weekend stays while visiting my wife’s family: a side door was broken for serval weeks In a row, so we had to walk around by the parking lot. Otherwise, they’ve gone above and beyond for us and our 3 and a 1 year old. They brought extra pillows, got us a cup of milk at 9 pm, and even gave the kids crayon bags one morning. Breakfast was fresh, and the staff there were so friendly. Amanda in the breakfast area was #1!!! The rooms were clean, and the beds comfortable. Great hotel and great staff!

Eldon Rocks!! The front desk staff were super, and they worked with us on both a very late check in and an early check out. We only left a couple of days ago, so I’m still waiting on the refund for the 2 nights we didn’t stay. The room was nice, and we’d stay again. We were in a room designed for handicapped guests. The tub gets slick with the provided products, so some traction on the bottom would help. Also, the side door by the elevators had its latch taped over with clear tape, meaning anyone could walk in. I told the front desk during our stay. They should tighten up the security checks.

The breakfast items were all right, though I wish there were more choices, like fruit. Sam, the housekeeper, was helpful and professional about getting what I needed for my room. She had a really friendly attitude toward guests and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Thanks so much, Sam, keep it up.
