Hutchinson Shores Resort & Spa

We had a great stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The beachside location was lovely, with free cookies each evening and morning snacks like bananas and muffins. The only real annoyance was housekeeping. During our six nights, our room wasn't made up before 4 pm once, and one day turndown arrived just 30 minutes after they'd finished. Still, it was a great place to stay.

We spent 10 nights in an Ocean -Front Room and had great views. Mornings on the balcony with coffee and the sunrise were so peaceful. I didn't use Valet or eat at the Drift restaurant, though I heard the food was wonderful. Housekeeping was exceptional. The pantry being open at 6am was a bonus, along with all the bottled water you could drink and the evening chocolates. It's a great place, just what I expected for the price.

We had a wonderful four-night stay. The oceanfront balcony was perfect for coffee and watching the sunrise, and the room was great. What stood out about the service was the occasional text checking in on us. I replied once with a specific time for room service while we were out for a few hours, and they got it exactly right. That's the kind of process that makes a place feel well run and focused on its guests.

Wendy and Garcia greeted us with a smile every morning, and the front desk staff were awesome too. The woman who cleaned our room each day did a fantastic job, it was spotless. Thanks for a wonderful stay, and we'll be back next year. A couple of small things: the beach chairs looked worn, with paint coming off the brown ones, and a beautiful resort like Hutchinson should replace them. It would also be nice to have coffee in the lobby each morning.
