Fabulous for the location and the view. The center is surrounded by everything you need, including a mall, car rentals, restaurants, and public transportation. It’s close to the Metro and the Bus Hoboken station, making it easy to get to NewYork City.

During our search for an apartment suited to our growing family, Tarique was a tremendous help. He responded quickly whenever we had questions and was proactive in finding options until we found an apartment we’re happy with. We feel very fortunate to have met him, and he’s an incredible asset.

The building itself made a strong impression when I toured: everything was clean and well cared for, and the one-bedroom layout had lots of usable floor space and an especially great amount of closet room. Getting to Hoboken Station is simple too, just walk straight out from the lobby. I’m moving to NJ from Chicago for work and needed to sort things out quickly. The management office shared floor plans, prices, and local tips remotely, then arranged for me to see an empty apartment during my one day in town. Handling it all by email was easy and smooth. I’ve decided to lease here.

This doesn’t feel like a luxury building, though the rent is priced as if it does. The apartments and appliances are old, and the hardwood floors look like they’re from the 90s. The gym equipment is outdated, has missing parts, and isn’t properly cared for or cleaned. The lounge pool table is in bad shape too, with broken corner pockets, bent cues, a torn, worn surface, and an uneven table. There’s no intercom to announce guests. If the concierge isn’t at the desk, anyone can come upstairs. The new senior property manager, Elia, has been rude and unresponsive, and maintenance is a joke. Julio and James are the one bright spot, they’re always friendly and helpful.

I was charged more than $2,000 from my security deposit for cleaning, which makes no sense to me. Can cleaning really cost that much? Other residents have told me they had the same experience. When I asked about food taken from outside my apartment, management said it was a hazard, but no one had the courtesy to tell me they were taking it. I also had maintenance take food left at my door, and they try to enter without permission or regard for privacy. This is not a luxury building and has almost no amenities beyond a tiny gym. Management is rude and, in my experience, very good at making a fool of you. I think the cleaning charges are false. My worst experience ever. Don’t pay so much to live in such a terrible building, and avoid it if you can.
