During busy hours, be ready to wait 15+ minutes for an elevator. One has been out since 2025 with no sign of a fix, and the others break down often. Right now only two are working, so they never run at full capacity. You might be better off taking the stairs.

The elevator situation has been bad since we moved in. One has been broken virtually that whole time, and the others go in and out of service. In a 36-floor tower, that often leaves just two elevators. Management's renewal offer raises the rent by 5-10%, depending on the lease term, despite tenants leaving over these problems. That feels unserious. The $75/month amenity fee is billed upfront and kept out of the base rent, which disguises the total cost. Whatever rent is posted, add about $500 for electricity and amenities. My heat bill is consistently over $350, yet the apartment has been freezing all winter because of poor insulation. I've taped up the windows and bought draft stoppers, but it hasn't helped. With all three heaters running full blast, it could likely cost $700+ a month. I have a 1BR corner unit of about 830 squ/ft, and I'm not sure it would even stay warm on the coldest days. I don't think this is fixable because the building is simply poorly built. I also received a referral to move in, but getting management to pay the promised money was like chasing cats. Management and leasing were unresponsive and seemed to hope I'd forget to follow up.

Residents pay a lot, but the amenity rules are so strict. To use the grills, you have to sign up. Starting this year, they are issuing pool photo IDs, and guests need a $20 pass each time, with a limit of two guests per apartment. You can't drink alcohol in the pool area either, even though the building itself hosted summer parties there with alcohol all last summer. The amenity area is pet-free, so summer barbecues with the dog are out. I don't know who took over management, but it looks like I'll be going to the pool alone all summer.

The elevators add another daily headache. Two of the four are almost always out of service, which clearly isn't enough for the whole building. With only those two running, they stop at nearly every floor and cause long delays. I've lived in this one-bedroom for just two months and already filed more than 15 maintenance requests. New problems show up every few days. The apartment is still cold, and management keeps saying the issues have been resolved even though the windows are still rusted and haven't been replaced. One window leaks cold air despite the silicone being redone, and a maintenance supervisor confirmed the windows need replacement. I'm baffled that this place was considered ready to move into. The worst part is the temperature. Recently it dropped below 55°F inside, so it was impossible to sleep at night. Even with the heater on, the temperature rose no more than two degrees. Our utility bill has more than tripled compared with our previous apartment. I asked management to arrange a proper inspection before move-in, but they ignored me and scheduled it for the morning I moved in. Trusting them and not pushing harder is my biggest regret. If you want to protect your health and avoid excessive utility bills, PLEASE PLEASE don't move into this apartment. Their attitude makes even a one-star rating feel undeserved.

One of four elevators has been down since the start of 2025, almost 12 months now, and another went down during the holidays. That's unbelievable and not the service I'd expect from “luxury rentals.” In this building, getting an elevator is a mess. Expect a 15-minute wait, especially awful on the high floors. Stay away.
