Hilton Garden Inn Green Bay

Breakfast needs work. The made-to-order omelette was delicious, but the buffet eggs tasted like they were made from powder and there weren’t many options. Hilton breakfast feels tired. I’d love to see something different, like egg white bites or mini quiches. It was my first stay here and I was very happy otherwise. The team was friendly, the room was nice and clean, and there were several places to eat nearby. Dinner in the dining room was good too, especially the Caesar salad with salmon.

You’re close to other attractions and restaurants that you can reach on foot or by Uber, and the stadium is nearby too. The rooms are standard. There’s a bar and restaurant by the lobby, but drinks are expensive and even a simple appetizer took a long time. The lobby and pool were packed with kids running through the hallways, so this definitely isn’t a romantic place to stay.

The location and room were like any other Hilton, but the staff here were terrible. On New Year’s Day, room service pounded on our door at 7:45 a.m. After about 30 seconds, I said we weren’t leaving until checkout and went back to bed. She then started vacuuming right outside before 8. Later, our waitress laura was the rudest waitress we’ve ever had. I’ll adjust this review depending on what Hilton does, but right now I can’t recommend the place.

Even as a Bears fan, I got five-star service. My first room wasn’t to my liking, but I asked for another and they sorted it out quickly. The bar was nice, and the fill-in bartender was doing a great job, thanks Emily. The food was great, and the chef took care of anything we needed right from opening. I also used the hot tub and found it relaxing.
