Getting to Lambeau is easy from here, so it works well for Packer fans. The management were very kind when I asked to change rooms because the first-floor hallway and our room smelled of smoke, as if someone had tried to cover it with lots of Fabreeze. They moved us to the second floor, where it was better, though the sprayed-over smoke smell was still there. It’s meant to be a no-smoking hotel, but that smell was hard to miss. The room was somewhere to sleep, but I wouldn’t stay again. There’s no elevator, which caused an issue for someone in my party, though we figured it out.

We were traveling with a newborn, and in the morning we found black mold on the wall after he’d been exposed to it without us knowing. We packed up and got him out quickly. The night before, after 11 pm, we’d found blood on a mattress with no mattress protector on one of the beds. With no other option, we used the other bed. Carpets had stains everywhere, and the lack of an elevator meant making around three trips, though that part wasn’t a huge deal. I waited over 10 minutes to complain at the front desk. They said I could get a “discount” but Expedia had to call. Expedia got no answer on either day 1 or day 2 after checkout. Three days later they finally answered and said it was too late for a refund because I should have reported it on day 1, which I had. When I called the hotel again, they offered 25%, about $13. I care more about the rooms being cleaned up, and I stressed that, but after reading similar past reviews I’m not sure anything will be done. I work in healthcare, and this isn’t okay for anyone to stay in. I wouldn’t come back.

I've stayed twice in the last two months, and the value is hard to beat. The rooms were comfortable, the area was well maintained, and the A/C worked great. Breakfast was modest but tasty, and the friendly staff were attentive. They even offered daily housekeeping without me asking. It's a budget hotel, but the owner/operator clearly takes pride in it.

We'd never been to Green Bay before and had a wonderful time. The room was pleasant and the beds really comfortable. The woman at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. We'd definitely come back.
