Residence Inn by Marriott Green Bay Downtown

Thank you to the staff for an outstanding stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the housekeepers, head housekeeper, and maintenance staff were polite and helpful. The front desk was attentive, with a special thanks to the front desk manager for all her time and help. Our bartender took great care of our guests and was awesome. Breakfast was really good both times, with wonderful service from the staff. I really appreciate you fixing the firepit. The courtyard was a wonderful place for everyone to meet after the wedding, and it was over the top that our group was included in the ice cream truck event. You’re an outstanding General Manager and run a wonderful hotel. Many in our group felt like part of your hotel family. Five diamond service! Thanks again, Todd & Suzy Weisgerber

The suite was spacious, and it was pretty quiet most of the time. The kitchen was short on cookware: we wanted to bake a pizza but there wasn’t a pizza pan or any kind of baking pan. Breakfast was okay, though one day they were running low on an item and told people they could only have a few pieces. The location worked fine. We used it as a base for a couple of day trips to Door County. Overall, a great experience.

The rooms were roomy and clean, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, too. I'd happily stay here again.

The room was great, and breakfast stayed stocked with a good range of standard hotel options. After a couple of weeks in different hotels during our family road trip, this Residence Inn stood out well above the others. My first night was rough: I couldn't sleep, partly because I'd eaten too much the day before, and partly because the refrigerator kept gurgling and ticking randomly. I unplugged it the next night and slept fine. Apart from that, we had no real problems.
