AmericInn by Wyndham Green Bay Near Stadium

The staff were attentive and handled requests promptly, and for the price the stay wasn't horrible. Still, the room fell short on cleanliness: there was a hole in the shower wall, dried splashes that might have been soda on the headboard, dirty fingerprints on the bathroom wall, and another substance on that wall.

Breakfast started at 6 each day and had hot food. There was plenty to do, with a pool, mini arcade, pool tables, dart boards, and some gambling machines. The rooms were clean and bug-free, and I appreciated that the whole place was smoke-free since I'm allergic to tobacco and nicotine. Staff were friendly. Sleep was another matter. The walls, doors, and even windows were so thin that noise from everywhere carried nonstop. The heating and air units were extremely loud, and I could only do so much to tune out people in other rooms. The rooms are beat up but in decent condition. Work had booked it for me; if I needed to arrange my own stay, I'd have left sooner. If you need good sleep, I'd look elsewhere.

The young man at reception was very pleasant and helpful, and the room had plenty of space and the amenities I needed. For such a low one-night rate, I wasn't expecting everything to be perfect. The towels were clean but stained, and dust on the lamps stood out. Breakfast wasn't one of the hotel's strong points.

We left and booked another hotel after finding visible mold in the room and a strong musty odor. The hallways were dirty too. When we raised the mold with the concierge, they were dismissive and unhelpful, and wouldn't refund us. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
