Delta Hotels by Marriott Green Bay

The location was convenient for getting around, close to everything including the airport. My room was dark, a bit lackluster, and could use an update, though it was clean enough. I stayed one night before an early flight from GRB, and it worked for that. I wouldn’t choose it for a longer trip.

Emily made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived, and her warmth, professionalism, and eye for detail helped make the visit a great one. She took extra care with recommendations and check-in, and greeted me with a friendly smile each day. It’s clear she cares about guests and takes pride in her work. I had a wonderful stay, thanks in large part to her.

Emily made us feel at home even though we were far from it. The grandkids were so warmly welcomed that they insisted we stay here every time we’re in the area, and my wife and I had already decided we would. It’s hard to believe this kind of service still exists, but the kindness, courtesy, and genuine help started as soon as we walked through the Delta hotel’s front doors. Emily, thank you for making my family and me feel so welcome.

After a major procedure and a hospital stay, I needed a place to stay and called Mary Kruse. She told me the hotel had a wheelchair and would do what they could to meet my needs. They also had a contract with my hospital, so the suite price was unbelievable. Mary’s kindness made me feel like family, and I cried when I saw the welcome waiting in the suite and adjoining room: a note, candies, a Piccola Orchid, and two drink tickets for the attached Urban 80 restaurant. The hotel was clean, with thoughtful touches throughout. It also has a hot tub, pool with a big slide, 24-hour fitness room, Starbucks, snack room with free drinks and snacks, and a nice Urban 80 restaurant that offers room service. I’m so grateful for the way Mary made my stay such a pleasure. I’d give it 10+ stars if I could.
