The pool experience really overshadowed our family vacation. After my children swam over the four days we stayed, they developed significant redness, itching, discomfort, and pain. My daughter’s hair also became extremely dry and hard. I can’t say for sure, but I’m concerned the pool chemicals may not have been balanced properly. I’ll attach photos to show what happened, and I hope the hotel takes this seriously and addresses it. Children’s health and guest safety should be a priority. The rest of the stay had some good points: the staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms comfortable, and breakfast varied and enjoyable.

The beds and pillows were so comfortable that I slept really well during our one-night stay in October 2025. Breakfast was another standout, with plenty of variety and some healthier choices. I was especially glad to find cottage cheese. The hotel is at the far end of a large parking lot, with shops, restaurants, and other conveniences an easy walk away. The pool is nice for a quick swim and has a jacuzzi. The fitness room is small and has basic equipment; a bit more space, perhaps with a window view for the treadmills, would help. It’s an older, somewhat dated property, but clean and comfortable, and it did the job well.

The hotel’s in a shopping center, which is a little unusual, but it worked out well: the grocery store is right there, and there are tasty restaurants nearby. I stayed five days and found the place very clean, with organized, comfortable rooms and friendly, welcoming staff. I had a little trouble checking in, but otherwise things went well. The blueberry muffins and waffles were amazing, and this was hands-down the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. I didn’t get to swim, though the indoor pool looked great. The lemon water was really good too.

Great room and shower, with strong water pressure. I hadn’t realized this place was just a mile off 41 and out of Green Bay. It was a great stay, and I wish I’d known about it when the NFL Draft was in town. I’ll come back to this location when I’m in the area.
