Ramada Plaza Green Bay

This hotel is close to everything, including Bay Park Square Mall and plenty of other shopping. GB Packer stadium is a few miles away, there’s plenty of parking, and the pool has a large water slide. The lounge was nicely decorated too. At check-in, three different room keys didn’t work, so I figured things weren’t looking good. The young man at reception was very nice and apologetic, though. He came along to test the keys, and when they still failed, he upgraded me to a suite. It was clean, very nice, and modern. I can’t say what the regular rooms are like, but this one was updated.

We got to check in a little early since a room was available, and the staff were friendly and helpful from the start. Our newly remodeled room was clean, comfortable, and very nice, and the whole place was clean. The disappointment was that the water slides only run on weekends. There was no sign about that, and we only found out from another guest after we were already at the pool. We chose this hotel and paid a bit more specifically for the slides.

Holly deserves a huge shout out. She worked her tail off the whole time we were there, and I’m pretty sure she did more than 20 hours on Saturday, catering a wedding while handling her other duties. She kept smiling and was an absolute pleasure. This hotel is lucky to have her. Big thanks as well to the Chris's, Katie, and Marcy. You guys rock! The staff are amazing and super friendly, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. Housekeeping was on top of things. Corporate could give this location some love, since even a little would go a long way with a staff that clearly cares and takes pride in their work. It was one of the best experiences we've had in a long time, and we'll probably never stay anywhere else when we're in town.

We had a spacious place and friendly staff, and it was easy to find in Green Bay, near lots of restaurants. I liked the hotel’s “adult swim” hour with no kids in the pool. Our jacuzzi suite was phenomenal, though it could have been cleaner. It wasn’t *dirty* dirty, but it felt like the cleaning was rushed and some things were overlooked.
