I’ve been here for three years and highly recommend it. It’s a friendly neighborhood, and the staff are super nice, even when I’m leaving the apartment for a personal reason. Michael from the management office deserves special thanks. He helped me through the early termination and re-renting processes and answered all my questions. I could hear him coughing a lot on the phone, but he still patiently explained the rules and regulations so I could get the most benefit. I’m grateful to live here.

This is a 38-floor apartment complex, yet only 1 out of 4 elevators works. The management company is atrocious, and the level of mismanagement is amazing. They really have to put in effort to be this bad.

The management is rude and very bad. The building and amenities are always disgustingly dirty or out of order. They charge all the amenity fees at the start of the lease for the full lease term, apparently because residents usually don’t want to keep paying once they discover they can’t actually use the amenities.

I’ve had nothing but problems and no one replies to my emails. I’m usually understanding about normal apartment issues, but the way customer service and whoever is meant to handle inquiries treats people is disgraceful. When I do reach someone, the answer is always, “It’s not my fault.” There are too many issues to count, and I’m tired of being stressed, angry, emailing, and talking to people who don’t care. The amenity grills don’t work whenever I go out there, or only half of a grill works. I’ve asked seven times by email to be added to the mailing list and still don’t receive general emails. Back in November, we sent multiple emails to reserve amenities and got no response. If you’re thinking of leasing here, I highly recommend you do not. I wish I could give them zero stars.
