We left feeling rested and refreshed, and would love to come back. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and relaxing, just right for unwinding. Patrick and Ben were thoughtful and did a lot to make the stay special. Jesus at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and helpful as soon as we arrived. The hotel is beautifully kept with a calm, inviting feel, and the bed was so comfortable we had a great night’s sleep.

Even with the blizzard, the team at The Westin Jersey City made our stay feel easy and took wonderful care of our guests and family. Our wedding in Jersey City was unfortunately cancelled because of the storm. The front desk handled all the questions with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency, and Pat went above and beyond during such an unusual weekend. Valet was seamless despite the snow, and the whole place felt organized. We were snowed in, so we ate at the hotel more than we expected. Breakfast was excellent, with friendly, attentive staff, and room service was prompt and reliable. Fire & Oak was a highlight, especially the spicy rigatoni. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. We booked a king suite for the floor-to-ceiling views, one of the main reasons we chose the hotel, and it lived up to expectations. Everything felt clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. We’re very grateful for the five-star experience.

I’ve stayed here several times, and it’s always spotless and gorgeous. The lobby is huge, with different areas that make it enjoyable to spend time in, and the rooms are large and very clean.
