The staff made the stay great, and the room was clean with a comfy bed and a nice little view. I usually choose a king room and had no complaints. I’d come back.

The rooms were nice, but Dwayne at the front desk joked with the person who’d already made my terrible day worse as I walked away, quietly frustrated. That made everything, my day and my week, feel even worse. I thought it was a special day, and I felt even crappier after that. I’m never coming back.

The room was very clean and the customer service was excellent, but getting my luggage out was a hassle. I was put on the bottom floor, which has no elevator access, and had to drag everything down two flights of stairs. I also didn’t feel secure with the doors. Their locks need a lot of updating.

It was okay, though nothing special. The place felt dated, and breakfast wasn’t cheap. The front desk staff spent time chatting with regulars, leaving me waiting quite a while. I’d go to an express hotel for a newer property and free breakfast.

We stay here whenever we’re in town. The breakfast selection is amazing, and there’s a bar and restaurant right in the hotel. Dwayne has helped us on many visits and is always courteous and professional.
