The rooms were clean and nice, and I slept well on the comfortable pillows. The beds are firm, which suited us. The gym looked spacious, though we didn’t use it this time, and the coffee was genuinely great. Breakfast itself was just okay. The people we encountered weren’t very friendly: the woman checking us in said she was having “one of those days,” and the breakfast staff and front desk ladies at checkout also came across as unfriendly. One had a general assistant manager name badge, which surprised me. The stay was pleasant otherwise, but friendlier employees would help.

The staff were wonderful, kind, and really helpful. The room setup was frustrating, though: the bathroom door is translucent, so using the bathroom while someone was asleep would light up the whole room. I couldn’t put my kids to bed and then get ready, or wake up early to get ready first. The beds were very hard, too, and the pillows had so little fluff they might as well not have been there.

The Assistant General Manager, Ms. Shaaray Miller, was incredibly kind and accommodating. Employees like her are why I look to Marriott properties first when I need to book a room. I had a great stay, and I’m grateful for her help. Thanks again.

I stay here every week and think of it as a home away from home, like many other regulars do. Holly, Linda, Mark, Travis, and Tiffany are all great, and the staff are a big reason I love this property. I was puzzled when the Christmas decorations that had been up were taken down. They made the place feel warm and welcoming. Why were they removed? In my opinion, that wasn’t good business.
