After checking out, the two other men working there thanked me, and I felt valued. The room itself was a typical hotel room, nothing more or less, but the sheets, pillows, and towels were clean. My dog and I slept soundly in a quiet, restful hotel, and the breakfast was decent enough. I’d traveled 917 miles in one day, then an ice storm made driving unsafe, especially since I was already exhausted. In the wee hours, Sai answered my call on the first ring and assured me I could check in. He made me feel welcome and listened to. Within five minutes I was heading to my room, with the amenities and procedures explained, along with breakfast hours and the most convenient parking for my room. He also assured me they’d help with anything I needed, then or in the morning. Sai didn’t bat an eye at my 77 lb dog and clearly explained the $25 pet fee, which put me at ease. Even on short notice, they showed the kind of customer care that made spending money there feel worthwhile.

We were in town for the Williams Grove National Open and stayed three nights. The one thing that could use attention was the overpowering food spice smell on the third floor, which got to be a bit much at times. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay. The staff were hospitable, and everything looked clean, inside and out. The hallways, elevator, and rooms were all clean. We'll definitely stay again when we're back.

A good place to stop if you're passing through or working nearby. The price and service were good, and it’s pet friendly, which is a big plus. The continental breakfast was decent, the indoor pool was clean, and there’s a small fitness room. A comfortable spot to rest while traveling.

We’ve come back several times over the past couple of years. It’s centrally located, with everything you need within easy reach, and we’ve never had a problem. The place is clean and quiet, and the staff are friendly.

We picked this place because it was ideally located for our family holiday gathering. The room was clean and comfortable, though there was no picture or wall piece above the bathroom toilet, just three large bolts or screws sticking out where it should have been. Lobby coffee was always available, which was a nice touch. Nothing especially outstanding, but staff were around and friendly.
