A coffee shop is just half a block away, and DG Market is only a few feet from the hotel with pretty much all the groceries and goods you might need. The internet worked, and there were plenty of TV channels. The room smelled stale once or twice, but in general it was a good stay, and the breakfast was decent.

The staff have been friendly, courteous, and genuinely helpful on each of my stays, both before and after the ownership changed. My latest visit did come with a fly problem: I saw quite a few in the shared areas and even found one in my room. I can't tell whether it's temporary around Jewett or something specific to the hotel, but I hope management checks into it and considers fly traps. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though the baseboards need a better cleaning and the worn sofas could use an update.

Breakfast had a pleasant range of choices, about what you'd expect, and it was a nice way to start the day. I found the room spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The staff were so welcoming and available around the clock whenever I needed help. I'd happily come back. It was a fantastic stay.

There were roaches, and I was told to kill them and flush them. The breakfast was awful, with no selection, and the internet was slow. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The hot breakfast foods were terrible, which was my one complaint. Breakfast is one of the conveniences I look for when booking, so I really hope they improve it. I just stayed there, and the room itself was nice and roomy, with everything I expected.
