The staff were pleasant, and they were fine with letting me check in a little early. The room itself was perfectly clean, though the furniture edges were scraped and scratched, and the bathroom needs an overhaul because of the peeling wallpaper. I spent one night on my way to the eastern part of the state, where there are frustratingly no Wegmans. This place is right by the Wegmans parking lot, so it’s ideal if you need a Wegmans “fix.” The property looks old and tired, though, and $177 was far too much. At best I’d call it a $125 property. A couple of years ago, $79 would have been about right.

I’ve stayed here three times for work, and I’d avoid it. It’s an old hotel that’s been renovated, but the rooms still feel beat up and dirty, and there’s an odor. The showers are nasty, the drains are slow enough for water to back up, and the towels are yellow. There are stains everywhere and hair all over. Finding a chunk of toothpaste on the door was the last straw. Stay somewhere else.

Even though it’s right next to Wegmans, the hotel feels nicely tucked away. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. My one-night stay felt like a vacation.

We had a great New Year’s Eve stay and will definitely come back. The room was modern, clean, and well kept, and we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was despite the holiday. My wife and I really enjoyed it.

The indoor heated pool was a big hit with the little kids in our family, and Wegmans is an easy walk across the parking lot. We picked this hotel for those reasons and had a great weekend with family coming from several places. The hotel is in a somewhat awkward spot, but we liked how tucked away it felt. It was quiet with little traffic. The staff were really friendly and let us check in a few hours early after we called to request it. We’ve stayed at lots of hotels, and this was by far the cleanest and best maintained one. Definitely a 10/10.
