Quality Inn Johnson City near Downtown

Getting around town from here is really easy. The rooms are great and well appointed, and Mrs Andrea at the night desk is amazing. She knows the answers to your questions and goes above and beyond with service. A solid place to stay on vacation. I’ll be back!

The rooms were clean, though they looked like they hadn’t been updated in years, and the pillows were hard and lumpy. I booked through Expedia because it didn’t seem to have a dog limit, and we were traveling with three little dogs. My mom had just died, and they were her dogs. We had to pay for a second room to fit them, plus the pet fee and another deposit for incidentals. The two rooms and three dogs came to almost $400 for one night, including nearly $100 for the extra room. The deposit was returned after about 5 days.

Moriah was very accommodating when I arrived early for check-in, and her customer service was awesome. My room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and pillows, and the shower water was hot. I stayed one night and would stay here again if I’m in the Bristol area.

The hotel isn’t ☆☆☆☆☆ itself, but the experience was ☆☆☆☆☆+. It was quiet and clean, in a great location near restaurants and gas stations. Check-in was quick and easy, and the woman at the front desk was super nice.
