We booked online through the app at the last minute while passing through and got a room without any trouble. The motel is easy to reach from the interstate, with places to eat within walking distance. Our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and well kept. Comfort Inn has become one of my usual stops when I travel.

I’ve been back many times since this hotel opened, and the clean, well maintained feel and the service have stayed consistent. The lobby is inviting and smells clean, and the staff are always pleasant and helpful. It’s still our first choice for the price and quality. I should’ve written this review ages ago!

Getting stuck in Jonesboro during last week’s snow turned into my best stay there so far. I was here for four nights, and the staff took great care of me. They also cleared the whole parking lot in one day.

The staff were amazing, and I have no other complaint. But being told this Comfort Inn is better than the other one doesn’t justify charging more. The competition was $22 cheaper and offered the same room, plus a suite, indoor pool, and bigger TV.

The front desk service was especially great, with Ashley going out of her way to help during my three-day visit. The room was clean and breakfast was good too. I’ll stay here whenever I’m in Jonesboro.
