We were still gathering our things when housekeeping and another guest were already in our room. That came after three visits from housekeeping before checkout time, and a new guest using her key to enter before 10:30. The desk later said the computer showed my husband had checked out at 6 that morning, even though we'd already argued about the key earlier and they had fixed it. At first, staff treated me as if I were a prostitute rather than his wife, and said he could only get a room key. We stayed one night. The room was decent, but the whole checkout situation felt rushed and deeply unprofessional. They need better management and some control.

The beds were clean and the rooms had just been painted, which is about the only good I can say. There was no water pressure, so I couldn't shower, and noise went on all night. Young local people were partying, screaming, and stomping on the floor upstairs. I couldn't sleep.

The bathroom had black mold, and it turned into a very bad night. In the first room, large roaches were all over as soon as I walked in. We asked downstairs for a refund and were told it would take 5-7 business days, so they offered us a supposedly better room. The only change was that the roaches were babies. Smh.
