Budget Inn Jonesboro

The owner was wonderful and made sure I could park my truck somewhere safe. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and Crystal, the housekeeper, made sure we had everything we needed. The place was quite clean and has been updated since the earlier reviews. We stopped at this nice little Budget Inn Hotel in Jonesboro, LA, while on our reset. I'd recommend it to anyone.

I couldn't make my trip because of a family medical emergency, but the owner was understanding and helped me get a full refund, even though I'd booked through a third party. If I need to stay in Jonesboro, I'd definitely choose the Budget Inn. I'll book directly with the hotel next time. Highly recommend them!

They kept my money for two days I didn't stay, and it feels like all they care about is money. Check your room when you get to the motel, because they don't care about their guests. The wife was rude when I called in January about my reservation, which should have been a sign not to stay. Her husband called the cops because I contacted the third party I booked through, then banned me from the motel for no reason. They should be shut down!

I've stayed at Budget Inn numerous times and have never had a bad visit or found a room unclean or in poor shape. It's a nice motel with nice owners and a good price. You can support a local business and save $30 or more per night, which is a win-win. Sleep Inn is newer and in better shape, though I haven't stayed there. I have noticed traffic going in and out of its parking lot all night. At Budget Inn, it's peaceful and quiet day and night.
