I’m upset with myself for not getting insurance, because I’d leave and never come back if I could. The first room had no lampshade, no phone, and an alarm clock with no outlet. The microwave had no outlet either, and the fridge was plugged into a very loose outlet but didn’t work. There were two TVs, though only one worked as long as its cord stayed in that loose outlet. I asked to move rooms. The second had a phone, but no alarm clock, fridge, or microwave, and it was missing two lampshades and a light bulb. I can’t believe people pay to stay here. I’m not usually a complainer, but this hotel is no good.

The shower needed cleaning, and the walls were dusty with bugs on them. One bed’s comforter had red and brown spots. This was not a good experience, and the place wasn’t clean.

We never got to our rooms. We’d reserved non-smoking rooms more than a month ahead, but they only had smoking rooms available for us. The hotel looks nothing like the photos, and the pool was very dirty with sludge across the top, so I’d be concerned about the rooms too. The staff were polite and helpful, though, and sent us to another hotel with non-smoking rooms for the same price.

The room was absolutely disgusting, and the place felt sketchy and nothing like it was advertised. I would’ve left if it hadn’t been Valentine’s weekend and my mom hadn’t been in the hospital.

We booked a room, but the bathroom had spiders all over, no shower curtain, and just one thin bath towel. Then roaches ran across the bed, and that was the last straw. Awful place!
