I work third shift nearby, and after a snowstorm my vehicle couldn't make it home. I got off work in the morning and called about check-in. Nicole was extremely kind and told me I could come by whenever I finished work. The hotel was comforting when I arrived, with the fireplace going, and everything was clean. Every employee I spoke with was so nice, and they offered me breakfast while it was still being served. My room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom. The staff really made the stay, and the company is lucky to have such great employees.

The staff treated us like we were the only guests, even though the hotel was booked solid. That kind of complimentary VIP treatment made this a five-star stay. Everything else was what you'd expect from a hotel away from home. My family will definitely use the pool again!

Every staff member at this Marriott made a point of smiling and making me feel welcome. It's a little older than the other Marriott nearby, but it's clean, and the atmosphere more than makes up for the age. If you're visiting Jonesboro and want a nice place with great service at a great price, this is the place to go.

My wife and I loved this hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the lady at the front desk was really nice. It was peaceful and relaxing. Definitely a five-star stay, and we'll be back!

The beds were comfy, and the breakfast spread was huge, with everything you could want. One downside was the TV, which seemed to be only about 27 inches. Still a great place to stay.
