The hotel itself is nice and well located, and visitors seem to enjoy staying there. Still, the walk to the nearby convenience store is a rough spot: you have to go about fifty feet beside a busy road through knee-high uncut grass and trash. It feels like an easy opportunity to improve the experience and the hotel's connection with historic Jonesborough.

We were in town for a close family member’s funeral, and the staff, especially Eddie and Aiden, made our 11-day stay feel welcoming. They went above and beyond, so we even encouraged three other family members to stay there too. Our rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and we enjoyed the pool. Restaurants and other conveniences are very close by. This will be our usual place on future visits. Thank you!

The internet was really poor, and several outlets in our room were so loose they were unusable. At breakfast, the woman working there kept staring at us, which felt uncomfortable. There were some nice parts, too. Check-in was pleasant, the lobby is lovely and has free coffee, and our room was very clean. The shower was great and breakfast was good. The Country Inn & Suites in Jonesborough is a pretty hotel, with some clear upsides and downsides.

For the price, it was a comfortable stay and a great hotel. The owner was very apologetic when the hot water cut out halfway through my shower, though it wasn’t a big deal to me. I’d booked the executive suite with a fireplace, but was given a room with a jacuzzi I hadn’t requested, which was a little odd, lol. Still, all good. I’d rate it 9/10 and recommend it.

I keep coming back here and highly recommend it. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there’s a pool and free breakfast. The staff are awesome, friendly, and ready to help with anything.
