Customer service was excellent, and he even offered to make fresh coffee in the evening. The room was pretty clean, and shops and restaurants in Aspen are an easy walk away.

Everything in town is walkable from this quiet spot, and I’d happily stay again on my next Aspen visit. Our room was spacious, clean, and a little old-fashioned, with a cozy terrace and good heating. It came with a refrigerator, coffee maker with coffee and tea, flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast was freshly prepared and more than ample. The whirlpool and comfortable lounge with pool table were nice extras, and there was plenty of parking around the building. It was all included in the price, or free to use. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
