The front desk staff were excellent, and when the wall-mounted hairdryer failed, they quickly brought me a replacement. But the rooms are very dated, with lots of things left unrepaired. The bathroom sink fixtures weren't attached properly, and the shower was weak. The tub had no hand grips, and its bumpy prefabricated floor was extremely slick and painful. There was a dirty bowl left in the microwave and the hallway trash bins were dirty. Every fan in the building rattled nonstop like it was on its last legs. The elevator moved slower than molasses and had sensor problems with the door. It needs serious updating to stay in the IHG family, or should be downgraded to a motel 6. For the price, it wasn't a good value.

The staff experience made a neglected-looking property feel even worse. Several employees were outside the front door smoking. We were standing right at the counter in plain sight, but nobody came over to greet or help us. It felt poorly managed, and we definitely wouldn't stay again. As soon as we entered the room, there was a strong pet smell. The bed was uncomfortable, with springs easy to feel through the mattress, and the furniture and carpet were both dated and dirty.

After checkout, I spent the whole week calling about a pillow I accidentally left behind. It meant a lot to me, but instead of helping, the staff made it seem like I was imagining the whole thing and treated me like I was crazy for asking. It really seems as if they just threw it away, which is absolutely not okay. The fridge had also made a horrible noise all night during my stay. I didn't complain then because I didn't want to be that guest. I'm really disappointed with the customer service. If you stay here, you might lose something important and get no help getting it back.

My husband and I slept really well. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the facility was easy to get around. Plenty of parking, too. We'd definitely stay here again.
