We paid extra for a one-bedroom suite, which gave us more space and a door we could close between the bedroom and living area. I often get up before my wife, so that let her keep sleeping. The room was clean, but it hadn't been renovated yet; the furniture was old and the sofa badly stained. Hopefully the renovation will improve things, because right now it wasn't great. With the work going on, there was no breakfast room. They set out a small table of cold items in the lobby, and the coffee was terrible.

The rooms were really nice and the staff were very friendly. Some remodeling was going on, but it wasn't a big deal.

For $190 a night, and with two rooms needed because there was no option for a family of six to stay together, I expected more. If it had been $90 a night, the condition would've been fine. The place was clean, but the rooms felt worn out for those prices. The fridge was rusty on one side, tiles were chipped in both the bathroom and kitchen, and the couch had a lot of spots and some odd smells that made it feel a little suspicious. The lobby also had a musty odor, which I remember from previous years when we'd passed through.

I haven't been there myself; my wife went, and I looked up the directions for her. She says it's the best of the best, though take that with a pinch of salt. If internet access is a big concern, she wasn't particularly pleased with it. Overall, though, she was happy, and said the staff and room were great.

The rooms were clean, and I liked how they were set up. The passthrough closet was a neat feature. The exercise room was okay, with a treadmill, elliptical, and weights up to 25 pounds. The pool looked clean.
