The hotel response to my complaint was that my wife and I couldn’t come back. When I asked why, they said, “we normally don’t get bad reviews, so it’s weird.” I’d opened a customer service case about the problems and expected an apology or fair compensation. Instead, I felt we were banned for pointing out legitimate issues. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels, and have never been treated so poorly. One of my most disappointing hospitality experiences. There were problems from the start. When we booked, the room was double charged, and I had to sort it out myself through customer support because the staff didn’t handle it properly. On arrival, our room was extremely humid. The chair cushions were wet and the air felt thick and unhealthy, so we asked to move. The second room wasn’t much better. The shower wouldn’t drain, leaving standing water every time we used it.

The service was good and the room was clean. We had a good stay, though I wish there'd been a USB or USB-C charging port in the room.
10/10
We had a nice stay with a very large group. There were a few problems, but Dora took care of everything quickly and professionally. She was a big reason we enjoyed it. Thank you.
10/10
The quiet surroundings and comfortable bed made for a really good night's sleep. My room was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Check-in was quick and easy, and I appreciated the convenient parking and free, fast Wi-Fi. Breakfast was free and very good, too. For what it cost, the stay exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it.
4/10
The bed had sheets but no blankets, and the elevator smelled like smoke. Breakfast was poor. I wouldn't recommend it.
