Quiet Mind Mountain Retreat

I spent three days here with my four-year-old son and my mom for my birthday. It wasn't fancy, but it was just what we needed. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. My mom and I each had one of the best treatments of our lives at the spa. I chose a salt scrub and reflexology, while she had Reiki. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and help us get the most from the treatments. I left feeling refreshed and grounded. We went fishing across the way at the lake, visited the town about 15-20 minutes away, and checked out the Eagle Mine, which was very cool. The showers in the room were great, with a steam setting I loved, and heated toilet seats, always nice. It was quiet and private, with a beautiful meditation room and an amazing lake view. I started a watercolor painting of the mountains and lake while I was there. If you want somewhere peaceful and not too expensive to reconnect with yourself, step away from daily stress, and heal, this is the place. We'll be back.

I booked the Serene package at Quiet Mind Mountain Resort for a retreat to grieve my father's loss, hoping for a place with activities to help my spiritual, physical, and emotional healing and clear my head. From arrival, I could see the care each staff member put into their work. Private meditation, yoga, and massages were restorative, and the mostly plant-based food was delicious and kept me fueled through the days. The Peaceful suite's view left me in awe, and I painted it because it inspired me. The in-room jet tub and steam shower were wonderful. This place truly helped support my grief and healing, and will always be part of my spiritual journey. I highly recommend it.

The Buddhist decor gave the place such a peaceful feel, and our room was clean, comfy, and beautiful. We also really enjoyed the food, which surprised us since we weren't sure about eating in-house. The spa lived up to what we hoped for, and we both had excellent massages. The drive was a little long for us, but the phenomenal sunset over the lake made it worth it. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We'd stay again if we're in the area, and we'd happily recommend it.

The room was gorgeous, and that plush bed was a delight. We also loved soaking in the jacuzzi under the stars and taking in the gorgeous views. Such a great place to relax and recharge, and the price was right for the accommodations. Room service was expensive, though. We'll definitely be back.
