Comfort Inn & Suites Jupiter I-95

After two good stays, we won’t be back. I called to reserve this year and had a good experience on the phone. When we missed our flight, we called to say we’d miss the first night. They told us it was fine and that we’d been checked in. But when we arrived today, staff rudely said the reservation was marked as a no-show and they wouldn’t honor it unless we paid a higher rate. I asked to speak with a manager and was told to call in the morning. We’ll stay somewhere else from now on. They lost a regular customer by failing to show basic responsibility and hospitality.

The AC in my first room didn’t work. I went to the front desk, and Shannon understood why I was frustrated and moved me to another room quickly. That one seems to have a new AC unit. I appreciate Shannon’s kind, fast response.

I was in town to see family and friends and stayed here for a night. The hotel and rooms were good, and the beds comfortable. I knew Jupiter already since it’s my Florida hometown, so I wasn’t surprised by the area. There were a couple of shady deals in the parking lot, and the hood is behind the hotel. Still, I got through the night and will probably stay again. The doors are warped, so I could hear everybody shutting theirs. Anyway, check out my pics!

Brandon went above and beyond when our plans changed during a stressful time. We’d booked through Priceline for my daughter and mother-in-law to stay near me at the hospital while I was having a C-section. I had complications and needed to move the surgery up a week, but Priceline wouldn’t let me change the dates. Brandon at the hotel helped us sort it all out. My mother-in-law said she really enjoyed her stay, found it very clean, and thought everyone was friendly. Thank you, Brandon, for working with us. I’d absolutely recommend staying here, especially if you need something done at the hospital. It’s only a 10-minute drive away.
