Fairfield Inn & Suites West Palm Beach Jupiter

I slept in a king room and enjoyed it. The rooms are small, but nice and cool at night. The shower had strong, hot water, and there was a choice of pillows, including both foam and feather. I personally love feather pillows, so that was a perk. Breakfast was a step up, with hot food and a good selection of healthy options. Highly recommend.

After a 15-hour drive, I just wanted a shower, but the first room only gave me scalding or ice-cold water. I got dressed and went downstairs to tell the staff, who booked me into another room on a different floor. Then that key didn’t work, so I had to go down again to get another one. On day two, the key failed again when I returned in the afternoon, and I had to go down for yet another replacement. Later, while I was at the room desk with my wife on the phone, we heard a noise like a gunshot. She immediately asked if I was okay because she heard it too. A canned drink I’d brought had exploded in the mini fridge. The fridge was set to its warmest setting. By day three, I’d only been out of the room for maybe 10 minutes when the key failed again. I went down and got another one. I still had two more days to go, but I won’t be back.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. The young man who checked me in was friendly, kind, and professional, and the woman who prepares and sets out breakfast was just as nice. I accidentally left my phone charger in the room. When I called the next day, they’d found it and held it for me until I could come back for it. Thank you, Fairfield Jupiter. Great job!

Annalie was probably the best part of the stay. She was sweet, kind, incredibly energetic even though it was late when we arrived, and a huge help. She really knew her stuff. The hotel is surrounded by places to grab a quick bite, and there was a decent range at breakfast. Breakfast ends earlier on weekdays than on weekends. The hotel is dog friendly, though we got a call because our dog was whining. The room key reader stopped working, housekeeping came in even though we’d asked them not to, and they didn’t restock the room’s coffee supplies. In one room, the carpet in front of the closet was randomly soaked, with no visible leak nearby.
