Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa

Every meal was a hit, which surprised us for hotel food. We especially liked the blackened mahi sandwich, Asian shrimp salad, chicken sandwich, and fries at the tiki bar, and breakfast was incredible too. The service, food, atmosphere, and room were all 10/10. We came because our friends suggested the hotel, since our event was right next door. The room was beautiful, housekeeping did a great job every day, and we’ll definitely be coming back often.

Traveling with our 7-month-old could have made a luxury stay tricky, but the staff welcomed our family so warmly that we felt completely supported. People were kind and complimentary, and different staff members gave our son a turtle, a toy, and a hat. Those thoughtful gestures meant a lot. After our first night in a standard king room, my husband asked whether any waterfront upgrades were available. They accommodated us, helped us move, and even let us switch at 8:00 a.m. The whole change was effortless, and that kind of flexibility and care is rare. From arrival on, everyone we met, from the front desk and housekeeping to wait staff, beach valet, and valet, went above and beyond. The service was impeccable. Jupiter Hotel and Spa made us feel relaxed, valued, and cared for, and our family’s needs never felt like an inconvenience. We can’t wait to return, and would recommend it without hesitation.

We booked an ocean front room for a birthday trip, and it was very nice. The beach service was pleasant and quieter. The resort itself felt geared toward families and dogs, though. Kids in the hall and barking dogs made mornings noisy, and the pool was very small with no adult section.

The rooms are great, and the place is beautiful, but the service is what makes it special. Everyone was kind and accommodating, especially the people working by the beach. Jared at the front desk was one of a kind. When my family’s flight was canceled, he tirelessly helped them look into travel options. He also had water ready for us when we returned from the beach. Those little acts are what turn a good trip into a great one. Thanks to Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa. We’ll be back.
